Happy New Years and life update.

So sorry for being MIA through most of last month, several issues came up in IRL that I had to attend to and I recently had an emotional breakdown ( I will be alright.) and had to spend some time in a mental helth clinic. I spent all morning filling out paperwork and I've got a crisis plan set up as well as an appointment with a therapist.
I plan on being more active this year and putting out some writing, mostly Holmesian pastiche and fanfics, as well as some other stuff in that general realm of mystery/queer romance/ect.
I've decided to cut myself off from Twitter for mental health reasons and so I want to make this my main social media source, as it's much easier to curate and I'm far less likely to come across so much queer discourse here as I do on twitter. People are also just far more considerate of other human beings on here, in my experience.
I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and that your New year has been off to a lovely start <3

I'm sorry you had a very rough month but it sounds like you're doing the right things to keep yourself safe. I, too, have cut myself off from a lot to keep myself saner, so I know it's tough but I've found it to be a much calmer world without that noise. I look forward to read your fic and wish you all the best for 2020.
